2 New Layouts

I have a few new layouts to share today. The first one is just a very simple layout but super cute. I used Create A Critter, which is one of my favorite cartridges! I didn't add a photo mat yet because I am not sure which photos will go on the page.

The next layout is a bit more elaborate than normal. My layout style is much more simple normally, but I really love the way it turned out. Again, no mats as I am not sure of what photos to use.

Bee Happy

Been trying to get some of my scrapbooking done, and I was inspired by this little bee. It is a cloudy here today so I wanted to do something bright and cheery! =0)

Name Frame

After having decided that it was time to take a break from crafting (thanks to life, moving, and having a major case of crafting block) I am back and ready to start creating again!! I work in a daycare and wanted to make some personalized gifts for some of my kids so I decided to try and make some name frames. I made this one for a little boy who I just adore and who adores dinosaurs =0) Sorry for the bad picture. I haven't found the right spot to take good pictures yet.

Cat in the Hat Layout

I have always loved reading Dr. Suess books, so when I found this super adorable cat in the hat (from Treasurebox Designs) I knew I had to make a scrapbook page =0)

Layout

Sorry to be MIA again. Seems to always happen when I try to get back here. Just have a lot of things going on right now, work, being sick, getting mini horses... anyway, to change up the pace I thought I would share a layout I made for my nephew Caden. All I have to do is add the mats, but since I am not sure what pictures I will use yet, I am holding off on adding them. I used the Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge for this. Sorry for the bad photo quality, but I don't have good light in my room. It is a lot more vibrant in person! Hope you enjoy =0)

Peace and Love

I wanted to do a card with a peace sign I found while SVG hunting and as soon as I saw this one I knew what I was going to do. I am really pleased with how this card turned out (though not so much with the bad photo of it - sorry!) =0)

Bunnies

I made this adorable little bunnies for the kids in my daycare class. We hung them on our door for Easter. =0) Sorry the picture is not so great.

Owl

I made this little guy quite some time ago, and while I admit I wasn't very fond of owls at the start of this card, I really think he helped change my mind about how cute they really are! =0)

I won a Liebster!!

Wow!! I am shocked at this. lol. I have not been able to be around as often as I would like, and so I really didn't think anyone was even paying attention to my little blog. But it seems someone is =0) Thank you so much Jenn, this means a lot to me!

The Liebster Blog award is given to bring new blogs to light. It's a great way to share blogs that might not otherwise be seen or ones you want to share with others.

As a recipient you must share the love and pay it forward by:

1. Creating a post where you blog about the Liebster award & reveal your 3-5 blog picks
2. Let them know you chose them
3. Copy & paste the blog award on your blog
4. Have faith that your followers will rally & show their crafty love back out to those you awarded
5. Have fun!

I will have to take some time to go through all the amazing blogs I follow to find my 3-5 and pay it forward, but I will soon!

First Challenge

So I am still very new at card making (I usually stick to scrap booking) but I love making cards. One of my very favorite blogs is Made by Momo. I just love her cards and she is such an inspiration. She has a Tuesday Challenge which I decided to enter this week. The challenge was to make something with the colors Black, White and Hot Pink, but the catch was you also needed to have at least one heart as well. So I chose this happy little mushroom. I still have a long way to go with my card making, but I am enjoying each step along the way. =0)

Nuts

Ok, so I have been wanting to use this cute little squirrel for a long time. I had no plan when I started this card, except for the fact that I knew I wanted the squirrel and I wanted it to be a bit more of a masculine card. This is what I ended up with. I ran out of brown for the saying (craft and learn huh?) Anyway, I still think it ended up pretty cute =0)

It has been a (long!) while since I have posted anything, but I am back and ready to change that. I made this card some time ago, but I think this little hippo is just adorable and I wanted to share her with you. =)
